Andreas Philippou has audited shipping groups for many years, including one of the largest shipping companies in the Middle East with a fleet of over 100 vessels, and understands the financial and operational drivers of the sector, from vessel valuations and impairment to tonnage tax.

Andreas Philippou holds an honours degree in Hotel and Institutional Management from the UK and has extensive experience auditing hotels and hospitality groups. He brings an operator's understanding of revenue management, cost control and seasonality to the audit.
Construction and infrastructure
Over eight years in the Middle East, Andreas Philippou led numerous construction audits covering infrastructure, stadiums and commercial buildings, including a stadium built for the FIFA World Cup 2022. Long-term contract accounting, claims and project cost control are areas we know well.
A name built on quality
Theodoros Philippou, Chairman of the Board, was Managing Partner of a Big 4 firm in Cyprus and later General Manager of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He was honoured by the President of the Republic in 1995 for outstanding services and by the Minister of Commerce in 2013 for his contribution to the audit profession.
