Andreas Philippou has qualified with a Big 4 firm as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in year 2000. His last stop was in the Middle East where he served a Big 4 firm for 7 years. A unique characteristic of Andreas Philippou is his vast international experience, most notably in the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine and most recently in the Middle East; his flexibility and adjustability to different business environments and cultures has given him an international perspective over the years. As an audit engagement partner, Andreas Philippou has led numerous high profile and multinational clients, and has developed expertise in construction, shipping, hospitality, power, media and consumer services audits. History started in 1965 when the Chairman of the firm, Theodoros Philippou, qualified in the United Kingdom as a Chartered Accountant. By 1974, Theodoros Philippou was the Managing Partner of a Big 4 firm in Cyprus, which he served until 2002. In the period 2002-2012, Theodoros Philippou served as the General Manager of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. His unparalleled professional experience, reputation and connections are valuable assets of the firm.

Louisa Philippou holds responsible for the firm's public relations and the organisation of the firm's events. Louisa holds a Law degree LLB and diplomas on Public Relations and Image Consultancy.

Marios Vrachimis will be responsible for all operational matters of the company. Marios is a holder of a Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. He has a wealth of knowledge in procurement, planning, sales and marketing, human resources, coaching and training. Marios has been a highly experienced Manager/Leader with a broad business understanding in multiple sectors and has a vast international experience with his last stop in the Middle East.
